Q. I have received a more expensive quote from another firm. Why is there a difference between the two prices?
A. At Herts Piano Transport we are dedicated to keeping our overheads to a minimum whilst not compromising the quality of our service. Because we are a smaller firm within the industry we are often able to be more flexible than some of our competitors and can therefore price each job individually on its merits.
Q. Are you fully insured?
A. Yes. Please see our insurance section.
Q. I have a wooden floor. Can you assure me that my floor won’t be damaged in any way?
A. Yes we have delivered hundreds of pianos to houses with wooden floors.
Q. Can I have my piano delivered on a Saturday?
A. Yes but you must expect to pay more as staff will be in receipt of overtime payments at weekends.
Q. Do you offer a piano tuning and or restoration service?
A. No but we can usually recommend someone in your area or please see our links section.
